Tony award winner Ben Vereen makes a rare San Francisco engagement to perform an evening of Broadway classics that will take you on a musical journey through his legendary career.

For over 40 years, Ben Vereen has showcased his versatility and creativity as a performer on the stage as well as in television and films. On Broadway, Vereen has appeared in productions such as Wicked, Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar and Pippin, which garnered him both the prestigious Tony Award and the Drama Desk Award for “Best Actor in a Musical.”  Ever versatile as an actor, Vereen has also created memorable roles such as the unforgettable “Chicken George” in Roots and Louis Armstrong in Louis Armstrong – Chicago Style.
