Steve Silver’s Beach Blanket Babylon, the nation’s longest running musical revue, is packed with hilarious spoofs of pop culture, spectacular costumes, outrageously gigantic hats, and one show-stopping number after another.  Over 14,000 performances have been seen by more than 5 million people in the festive, nightclub atmosphere of its 389 seat home at Club Fugazi, in the heart of San Francisco’s North Beach district.

Playing to sold-out crowds every night, Snow White continues her fast-paced musical journey around the world in search of her “Prince Charming” and encounters an ever-changing line-up of hilarious political and pop culture characters, including President and Mrs. Obama, Oprah Winfrey,  Louis XIV, Lady Gaga, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann and the cast of “Glee”.

Highlights of Beach Blanket Babylon’s eventful history include a performance before Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, an invitation to the White House, a successful 18 month run in Las Vegas, an appearance with the San Francisco Opera (with the largest hat ever to appear on stage) and a performance on the Academy Awards. The city of San Francisco has even renamed Green Street, the home of Beach Blanket Babylon since 1975, to “Beach Blanket Babylon Boulevard.”
